8/8/2023 Officer took a report of a theft a UTV from the Stompin Grounds. Investigation continues.

8/8/2023 Officer took a report of the theft of a stolen debit card. On 8/10/2023, an arrest was made for the theft of the debit card. Suspect was found to have a warrant out of Alabama with full extradition; she was arrested on that warrant. A second suspect was also arrested for the theft of the debit card and a warrant out of Alabama with full extradition.

08/08/2023 Officer responded to a theft not in progress in the 100 block of Broadway. A car had been tampered with. Investigation continues.

08/09/2023 Officer was dispatched to Lamar Tractor Supply Company for a report of a stolen utility trailer. Investigation continues.

08/09/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of E. 10th St. in reference to a physical assault that had just occurred. One person was placed under arrest for Assault 4th Degree and was transported to the Barton County Jail for booking.

8/11/2023 Officer received a call regarding an assault. One person was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault and transported to the Barton County.
