A Seneca man was cited for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash 3:30 p.m. Sunday on MO 86 one mile east of Racine.
According to the Highway Patrol report, 1999 Ford F150 driven by Isaac L. Cotten, 21, Seneca, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Cotten, who was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, driving while suspended, no insurance, having the plates of another person and for not wearing a seat belt, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
