Five Goodman residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident 7:25 p.m. Monday on MO 59 one mile south of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Dodge 2500 driven by Allen G. Copeland, 78, Goodman, made a left turn into the path of a 2008 Dodge 3500 driven by Earl L. Ussery, 65, Goodman. The Ussery vehicle struck the Copeland vehicle head on.
Copeland was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
Ussery and three passengers in his vehicle, Melissa C. Ussery, 59, a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, all of Goodman, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
