(From the Lamar Fire Department)Yesterday at 3:15 we were dispatched to Casey’s truck stop in Lamar Heights to a truck on fire. When we arrived, the truck was engulfed in flames.
Fortunately, the driver had moved the truck away from the gas pumps. We were on scene for about 45 minutes and responded with one truck and 6 firefighters No injuries were reported at the time of the fire.
