(From the Newton County Sheriff's Office)Newton County Detectives were informed about a subject contacting women and harassing them. The messages to the victims were from unknown numbers and would be sexual in nature. It was determined that a texting app was being used to conceal the texter's identity.
Upon receiving results from the search warrant written by Newton County Detectives, it was determined that a Cody Taylor was the subject harassing several women.
Cody Taylor, 31, Noel, has been arrested and charged for Harassment & Sexual Misconduct.
