According to the Highway Patrol accident and arrest reports, a 2007 Honda Fit driven by Destiny J. Briscoe, 30, Joplin, veered off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Briscoe, who was also cited for no valid license, no insurance and careless and imprudent driving, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
