A Carl Junction man was killed in a two-vehicle collision 9:53 p.m. Wednesday at SE Old 96 Road and SE Old 96 in Cherokee County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Toyota Tacoma driven by Dale L. Fillenwarth, 70, Carl Junction, failed to yield and was struck by a Peterbilt 389 driven by Matthew A. Mussati, 38, Jay, Oklahoma.
