4/6/17 Sebastian T. Gillen, 23 of Reeds, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd
4/6/17 Michael W. Martsolf, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for Felony Fugitive From Out of State.
4/7/17 Michael D. Swayze, 28 of Carl Junction, was arrested for DWI.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.

a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While
Revoked.
