Neosho, MO – The Crowder College Foundation graciously accepted a check from the La-Z-Boy Foundation in the amount of $5,000 to be used for scholarships at Crowder College.
La-Z-Boy is a generous donor to the college as they not only fund scholarships, but have supported classroom expansions and other projects at Crowder through the years.
“It is a privilege to work with our local business and industry to help train the workforce needed in our region. Partners like La-Z-Boy make it possible to help meet the needs of students while in school. Our thanks to Bill Snow and his team for their decades of support to Crowder College,” stated Cindy Branscum, Director of Institutional Advancement.
The Crowder College Foundation, Inc., established in 1965, in a not for profit, 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization. The Foundation has a history of service to the institution through the creation of private funding vehicles that have enriched every facet of Crowder.
