A Neosho man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 10 p.m. Friday on Moose Drive, three miles north of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Honda Shadow driven by Samuel E. Millard, 45, Neosho, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
Millard, who was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving.
