Joplin Police arrest man at Wildcat Glades with meth in his shoe

This morning at 1:18am one of our officers found a male in his truck in Wildcat Glades Park, after the park was closed. After a short investigation, the male was arrested for being in possession of a couple of grams of meth concealed in his shoe.

This morning at 4:40 a.m. one of our officers stopped a vehicle at 20th and Geneva for careless driving. After a short investigation, the driver was arrested for being in possession of about 5 grams of meth and drug paraphernalia. Those items were found concealed in the engine compartment under the hood.
