Highway Patrol arrests Neosho man for DWI, meth, weapons, four felonies, eight misdemeanors

The Highway Patrol arrested a Neosho man 8:52 p.m. Thursday in Newton County on 12 charges, including four felonies.

According to the Patrol report, Jacob S. Ralston, 32, Neosho, was pulled over after a chase and charged with the following crimes:

Felonies- Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a firearm, resisting arrest

Misdemeanors- Driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to display valid plates, failure to equip motor vehicle with two taillights, no financial proof, no seat belt, no valid license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway
