Incident Spotlight
Officers responded to the 500 block of S Main yesterday for a naked male in the downtown drainage system. A citizen saw him looking up at her from a drain grate. The suspect went deeper into the drain system after she called police. Several of our officers located the naked 57 year old male and arrested him.
