8/29/17 Antwon D. McPherson, 41 of Independence, KS, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.
8/30/17 William P. Gilliam, 44 of Duenweg, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.
8/30/17 Christopher C. Vinzant, 43 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd and Sexual Misconduct 2nd .
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence
