a.      Case 032-17: A tract of land, located 200 feet south of W 26^th Street, between S. Picher Avenue and S. Bird Ave. – A request to rezone from C0 (Non-Retail District) to R-3 (Apartment House District) for the purpose of developing multifamily housing – BLRW Development.

b.     Case 033-17: 1521 E. Broadway – A request to rezone from R-2 (Two-Family Residential) to C-3 (Commercial District) for the purpose of developing a restaurant – Gary Johnson.

c.      Case 034-17: 212 W 8^th Street – A request to apply District HP (Historic Overlay), and nominate as a local landmark, the building known as Memorial Hall – Jill Sullivan.
