The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin man on a felony drug charge and for driving while intoxicated 9:50 p.m. Tuesday in Bates County.
According the Patrol report, Dale E. Shinn, 62, Joplin, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and speeding.
