Investigators with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year-old David Matthew DeClue on Thursday afternoon, and also executed a search warrant at his Columbus home, as part of an investigation alleging DeClue engaged in sexual acts with a minor child in 2014-2015.
DeClue is currently being held in the Cherokee County Jail without bond on allegations of rape.
