A Neosho man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle accident 6:20 p.m. Wednesday on MO 59 at Highway FF (Fidelity).
According to the Highway Patrol report, a southbound 1993 Buick Century driven by Cody S. Bowman, 29, Neosho, attempted to make a left turn onto FF and struck a northbound 2006 Freightliner Conventional driven by Chad A. Ganoung, 39, Eagle Rock.
Bowman, who was cited for misdemeanor DWI, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
