Low water bridge at Glendale and Jackson in Joplin to remain closed

South low water bridge at Glendale and Jackson is still not safe to drive over.
Also with the winter storm predicted for this evening we believe it is safer to keep this bridge closed with the water levels being so near the top of the bridge.
