2/23/18 Kent M. Harshaw, 50 of Reeds, was arrested for Assault 2nd.

2/23/18 Crashawna Perry, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd and Armed Criminal Action.

2/23/18 Christopher L. Smith, 28 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance x 2, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/24/18 Timothy L. Reed, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

2/24/18 John M. Blanton, 35 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession With Intent to Distribute.

2/24/18 Carl D. Morgan, 34 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/25/18 Joseph J. Huddleston, 25 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI, Fugitive From Out of State, and Speeding.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
