TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of up to
  one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, southwest
  and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice was starting to accumulate on roadways
  as road temperatures fall below freezing. Hazardous driving
  conditions are expected.
