The Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Joplin, Missouri shall meet at 6 p.m. on this 29th day of July, 2019 at the Leonard Estates Community Room, 424 S Turk Avenue in Joplin, Missouri.

2. Vote to enter closed session, which shall pertain to a requested discussion of tenant issues with the Board by a current tenant (per Missouri Laws 610.021, sections 2 and 8)
