7/26/2019 John W Wimberley 37 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Fugitive From Justice and Resisting a Lawful Detention.
7/27/2019 Jacqualine M Scott 37 of Neosho, MO was arrested for Stealing class E Felony.
7/27/2019 Caleb L Bandy 43 of Wichita, KS was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
7/28/2019 Heather R Dugger 36 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Prior offense and Fail to Signal.
7/30/2019 Joel A Haesecke 38 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
