Seneca Police traffic stop leads to arrest on meth possession charges

On 12-13 Officer Thiel observed a Black Ford F150 setting on the parking lot of a local gas station.

It matched the description of a stolen vehicle. Officer Thiel ran the tag and it came back stolen out of Springfield, Missouri. The vehicle was stopped at Cherokee and Grand. 

The driver was arrested for Tampering with a motor vehicle. The passenger was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Both occupants were transported to the Newton County Jail.
