According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Ford F-250 driven by Alicia V. Smith, 30, Anderson, lost control on a wet roadway, slid off the left side and struck a utility pole.
Smith was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
