A recent performance out of the music department at Missouri Southern State University will be aired next week on KGCS-TV.
The MSSU Jazz Collective Concert, which featured special guest Robert Terry, will air Monday, March 16 at 8:00 p.m., and again on Thursday, March 19 at 8:00 p.m. The concert is also posted on the station’s YouTube channel, “KGCS Missouri Southern.”
“The Missouri Southern music department presents many fine performances, and we are happy to be able to record them to share with area viewers,” said Judy Stiles, KGCS general manager. “This performance is the first of a number of concerts to be recorded and broadcast this semester.”
KGCS programming can be seen on channel 21. It is also available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications. The station operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
