Diamond High School, MSSU graduates among those promoted in Highway Patrol Troop D

Captain John M. Enderle, commanding officer of Troop D, Springfield, announces the following promotions effective September 1, 2020.

Corporal Seth D. Isringhausen was promoted to the rank of sergeant and designated as the zone supervisor of Zone 15, Stone and Taney counties. 

Isringhausen was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on January 18, 2004, as a member of the 82nd Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop A, Zone 4, Clay County. 

On August 1, 2008, he transferred to Zone 4/15, Troop D, serving Taney County. On October 1, 2012, Isringhausen was promoted to corporal and remained in Zone 15 as the assistant supervisor.








Sergeant Isringhausen graduated from Nixa High School in Nixa, Missouri, in 1999. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and an associate degree in law enforcement from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. Sergeant Isringhausen is married to Krystal and they have three children: Kyshin, Ryzen, and Zayden.

Trooper Josey J. Long was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 14, serving Barry County. Long was appointed to the Missouri State Water Patrol on January 4, 2004, as a member of the 33rd Recruit Class. 

After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to the Elk River in McDonald County. On October 1, 2011, following the merger with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Long transferred to Troop D, Zone 13, McDonald and Newton counties.

Corporal Long graduated from Diamond High School in Diamond, Missouri, in 1998. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He holds an associate degree in law enforcement and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. Corporal Long is married to Mischa and they have three children: Alyssa, Avery, and Aiden.

Trooper J. Ricky Rorie Jr. was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 3, serving Polk County. Rorie was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on July 1, 2008, as a member of the 88th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop C, Zone 12, Jefferson County. On January 16, 2012, he transferred to the Gaming Division serving in the Lumiere Place Casino, St. Louis. On January 1, 2014, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 3, Polk County.
Corporal Rorie graduated from Republic High School in Republic, Missouri, in 2004. He is married to Crystal and they have one child: Henley.

Trooper Brandon A. Hall was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 15, Stone and Taney counties. Hall was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on February 1, 2010, as a member of the 91st Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop C, Zone 3, South St. Louis and North Jefferson counties. On April 1, 2015, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 4, Stone and Taney counties.

Corporal Hall graduated from Logan-Rogersville High School in Rogersville, Missouri, in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. Corporal Hall is married to Toby and they have two children: Reese and Fitz.








Trooper Levi E. Rawson was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 6, Dade and Lawrence counties. Rawson was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on January 6, 2008, as a member of the 87th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop E, Zone 11, Stoddard County. On January 3, 2013, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 6, Dade and Lawrence counties.

Corporal Rawson graduated from Dexter High School, Dexter, Missouri, in 2005. He attended Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Corporal Rawson is married to Meghan and they have three children: Wakely, Eliza, and Callen.

Trooper Tim V. Mosley was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 10, Webster County. Mosley was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on June 29, 2003, as a member of the 81st Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop F, Zone 5, Camden and Miller counties. On April 1, 2014, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 20, marine enforcement operations. On December 1, 2016, he transferred to Zone 10, Webster County.

Corporal Mosley graduated from Houston High School in Houston, Missouri, in 1996. He attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. Corporal Mosley is married to Amy and they have one child: Aleksis.

Trooper Derek B. Blankenship was promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant zone supervisor of Zone 12, Christian County. Blankenship was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on July 1, 2010, as a member of the 92nd Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop I, Zone 2, Maries and Phelps counties. On April 1, 2015, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 12, Christian County. On November 1, 2019, he transferred to Zone 2, Greene County.

Corporal Blankenship graduated from Glendale High School in Springfield, Missouri. Corporal Blankenship is married to Kendra and they have two children: Olivia and Evelyn.
