Seneca Police Department Arrests

 

On 9/18/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Wyandotte for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested and cited for: DWR and No Insurance then transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/18/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Washington/St. Louise for a moving violation. The driver, Blaine Treadwell had a FTA warrant out of Carl Junction for: Speeding. Treadwell was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/17/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Wyandotte for multiple equipment violations. The male passenger, William Colvard had 2 Jasper County misdemeanor warrants for: Violation of a Court order Exparte Violation and Disturbing the Peace. The female passenger, Sara Lewis had a Jasper County warrant for: FTA Burglary 2nd Class D Felony. Both subjects were arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/15/20, Officer Thiel made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Oneida for multiple moving violations and an equipment violation. The driver, Brittney Perrin had a Felony warrant out of Jasper County for: Possession of Controlled Substance and 3 No Bond warrants out of Joplin for: Parking in an Alley, C&I Driving and DWR. 

The passenger, Maurica Reitz had a No Bond warrant out of Joplin for: No Insurance. Both subjects were arrested on their warrants and booked on new charges and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/15/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Ottawa for a moving violation. The driver was arrested for DWS and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/14/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Hwy 43/Lonnie Ln for a moving violation. The driver, Daulton Gentry had a FTA warrant out of Joplin for: Petty Theft. Gentry was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 9/10/20, Officer Zimmerman and Officer Housley went to a residence due to a Domestic Situation. The male subject was arrested for: Domestic Assault 4th and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 8/26/20, Officer Thiel made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Wyandotte for multiple moving violations. The driver was arrested for: DWI-Drugs and Possession. A male passenger was arrested for: Possession. The female passenger was arrested for: Possession and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All 3 subjects were transported to Newton County Jail.
