A Stella teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:40 p.m. today on Highway D at Highway H, two miles west of Stella.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Dodge Stratus driven by Aidan S. Groh, 17, Stella, traveled off the roadway, overcorrected and overturned.
Groh was airlifted to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
