(From Southern News Service)The Missouri Southern Board of Governors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, in Billinsgly Student Center’s Connor Ballroom.
An agenda for the meeting is attached.
The Budget Audit Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. in the ballroom, followed by lunch. At the regular meeting’s conclusion, the board will meet in closed executive session in BSC 343 under:
RSMo 610.021(1): Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys; and
RSMo 610.021(3): relating to hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
