TRAFFIC ALERT: Resurfacing of Jasper Co. Rt. M Bridge over North Fork Spring River Set for March 15

Where: Jasper County Route M between Jasper County Route O and I-49 north of Carthage

When: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, March 15

What: One lane at a time CLOSED on Route M bridge over North Fork Spring River to allow contractor crews to remove deteriorating asphalt from bridge deck (driving surface) and replace with new layer of asphalt

Traffic Impacts:

One lane of Route M bridge CLOSED at a time where crews are working
Flaggers will guide drivers through the work zone
No signed detour
Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the work zone
Drivers should find alternate route

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
