Jasper County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report
3/15/2021 Darren Shockley 30 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree and Property Damage 2nd Degree.
3/16/2021 Yoshimasa Hartman 30 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Prior
Offender, Driving While Suspended, Endangering the Welfare of Child -2 Counts, Fail to Maintain Right Half
of Roadway, and Possession of Marijuana.
3/16/2021 Kevin W Layton 35 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.
3/16/2021 Shelley K McDonald 35 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Trespass 1st Degree.
3/17/2021 Justin M Hungerford 31 of Aurora, MO was arrested for Trespass 1st Degree.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
