(From Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team)On 03/17/2021 ODET detectives along with Lamar Police Department officers served a search warrant at 806 Poplar Street Apartment #B in Lamar Mo.
This residence has been under investigation by ODET for drug trafficking for approximately one month. ODET Detectives arrested Mary Phelps, 46, who resides at the apartment.
ODET detectives located a substantial amount of suspected methamphetamine from the residence. Phelps
was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and was issued a no bond warrant.
