A Fairview woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:15 p.m. Sunday on I-435 northbound, just south of Shoal Creek in Clay County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Chevrolet truck driven by Andrea L. Terry, 48, Fairview, failed to negotiate a curve, causing it to travel off the right side of the roadway. Terry overcorrected, causing the vehicle to return to the road, then veer off the right side again, where it overturned.
Terry was treated for minor injuries at North Kansas City Hospital.
