A Joplin woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:35 p.m. Friday on Redings Road, two miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Dodge Journey driven by Randy L. Morris, 26, Joplin, swerved to avoid a collisio with another vehicle, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
A passenger, Tiffany L. Morris, 30, Joplin, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
