Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 1:01 p.m. Thursday on MO 43, one mile north of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Glenna L. Checkley, 44, Joplin, failed to obey traffic control and struck a 2020 Kia Rio driven by Kathryn L. Hardy, 69, Webb City.
Checkley was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
A passenger in the Hardy vehicle, a 10-year-old girl, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
