12/7/2021 Officer took report of a past tense burglary. Investigation continues.

12/7/2021 Officer was called to the 400 block of E. 12th St. for a violation of a protection order. One person was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hold for investigation for violating a protection order.

12/7/2021 Officer took a report of fraud by wire. Investigation continues.

12/7/2021 Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Grand in regard to a physical domestic assault in progress. One person was processed for Assault 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest.
 
12/7/2021 Officer took a report of a past tense theft. Investigation continues.

12/9/2021 Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of West 10th Street for a trespassing that just occurred. Both parties were transported to the Barton County Sheriff’s Dept. and placed on a 24 hour hold for Peace Disturbance.

12/11/2021 Officer made a traffic stop at 10th and Jefferson. Subject was transported to the Barton County Jail and issued citations for Driving While Intoxicated, No Operators License and Open Container.
