- 117 structure fire responses, 85 in the city limits of Joplin, 30 as mutual aid to neighboring districts

- Average response time to structure fires in the city limits was 4 min and 39 seconds
- Friday is the busiest day of the week
- The busiest time of day is 12pm to 5pm
- Station 1 (downtown station) is the busiest station with 32% of the call volume.
