Anderson man charged with felony DWI resulting in a death

9-8-2022 Officers with the Anderson Police Department arrested Vincent Paul Phillip Castro, 25, at his home in Anderson.

McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney Maleia Cheney filed charges of DWI Resulting in the Death of Another, among other charges, against Castro in connection to a fatal traffic crash in Anderson that caused the death of David Cunningham, of Anderson.
 
Castro's bond has been set at $500,000 cash only.

    Drunk. No Insurance. No Driver's License.
    Now he'll get free room and board for 15-25 and the victim's family will get nothing but lingering pain and monumental loss of a loved one.
    No justice will be found.
    Everyone loses.
