A Carl Junction man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:10 p.m. today on I-49 two miles north of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Peterbelt dump truck driven by Jesse S. Volkman, 46, Carl Junction, failed to negotiate a curve and overturned.
Volkman was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
