A Granby woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 1:50 p.m. today on I-44 six miles west of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a fire failure caused Tonya N. Horner, 54, Granby, driving a 2005 Lincoln Aviator, to lose control of her vehicle, which sideswiped a 2021 Freightliner driven by Micah D. Castillo, 22, Cuba, New Mexico.
The Horner vehicle went into the ditch and overturned.
Horner was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
