Lamar, Mindenmines residents injured in collision on 160

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 9:25 a.m. Tuesday on U. S. 160 in Lamar.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Ford F150 driven by Jackie D. Herbinger, 88, Lamar, struck the rear of a 2006 International 7400 driven by Bryce J. Brummett, 31, Mindenmines.

Herbinger was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.

Brummett was treated for minor injuries at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
