A Carthage teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5:45 p.m Sunday on Fir Road, a half mile east of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Mercury Mariner driven by a 16-year-old Carthage girl traveled off the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway and overcorrected, then traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
The girl was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
