(From the Jasper County Sheriff's Office)At approximately 5:30 PM on 03-07-23, Jasper County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of Highway 37 and Incline Road in reference to a report of an accident.
Upon arrival it was determined that Gary Danner, 42, of Carthage had been killed when he became pinned under his pickup truck in the pasture near this location. He had been checking fences in the area when this incident occurred.
Next of kin has been notified. The body was turned over to the Jasper County Coroner at the scene.
