According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Ford Focus driven by Dane M. Smith, 30, Olathe, ran off the left side of the roadway into the median and overturned.
Smith was treated for moderate injuries and a passenger, a 3-year-old girl, for minor injuries at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
