A Granby man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 10:42 a.m. today on I-49 in Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 International dump truck driven by Andrew J. Mullin, 32, Granby, which was part of an active MODOT work zone, was stopped in the right lane displaying amber lights.
A 2020 Volvo Conventional driven by Karl D. Naggatz, 52, Mayfield, Kentucky, failed to move over to the left lane and struck the towed safety trailer of the Mullin vehicle.
Mullin was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Occumed Clinic, Joplin.
