According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette driven by Jordan C. Stephens, 21, Joplin, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a mailbox and overturned.
Stephens, who was also cited for not having insurance, failing to maintain right half of roadway and failing to register his motor vehicle, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
