According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Dodge Journey driven by Cory R. Buerge, 40, Carthage, ran off the roadway, struck two trees and overturned.
Buerge, who was cited for felony driving while intoxicated and felony driving while revoked, was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Joplin.
