A Goodman man was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 4:40 p.m. Saturday on Allison Road two miles south of Goodman.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Linhair 49CC Scooter driven by Jason W. Jackson, 59, Goodman, struck a dog in the roadway, overturned and slid off, overturning and ejecting Jackson.
Jackson, who was also cited for driving while revoked, was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
