Hunt continues for suspect in stabbing at Duenweg bus station

Update

The victim has been released from the hospital and is recovering, Detectives have followed up on several tips and the case is still active, we are asking the public for assistance on getting this suspect and vehicle identified.

On 1-11-2024 at approximately 8:45 PM, Jasper County deputies responded to an assault call at the bus station in Duenweg, Mo. 

Upon arrival deputies contacted an 18-year-old male from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with severe injuries to his neck. The male was transported to a local hospital and is stable condition with a stab wound to his neck. 

Detectives are currently working on this case and have released pictures of the unknown suspect and vehicle that was involved in this incident.
